I’m an award-winning Design Director and Motion Designer based in Sydney, Australia. I graduated from the College of Fine Arts (Art & Design), UNSW Australia, with a Bachelor of Design in 2004, beginning my career as a Graphic Design Intern at EmeryVincent Design before progressing to Junior Designer at EmeryFrost (Frost*Collective).
With a growing passion for motion graphics, I completed a Master of Animation at the University of Technology Sydney in 2007. I then joined SBS (Special Broadcasting Service), followed by Foxtel, Australia’s largest cable television network, where I worked across Arena, Foxtel On Demand and FOX8. During my time at these channels, I had the opportunity to contribute to each of their respective rebrands.
In March 2012, I relocated to London and spent two years working as a freelance designer and motion designer across a diverse range of leading creative agencies and studios, including Duke & Earl, Prophet, Havas EHS 4D, G2 Joshua, Brand & Deliver, Havas Life Medicom, Holler (Leo Burnett Group), VICE, Mummu, Unit, BDA Creative, AMV BBDO and Velocity Partners.
My London work included the launch of BT Sport, creating digital out-of-home and display graphics across central London, as well as online video content for brands including Absolut Vodka, NOW TV and Virgin Media. I also spent a year as Senior Motion Designer at Leo Burnett London, where I was responsible for leading and delivering motion graphics projects across a range of clients and campaigns.
In 2015, I relocated back to Sydney and continued working freelance across a broad range of agencies, studios and production companies, including DD8, Engine, Studio Hackett, Spinifex Group, Imagination, Girraphic, Mister, Mighty Nice, Sequence Group, Heckler, Studio Pancho, Never Sit Still, A Time & Place, FutureDeluxe, Buck and Collider. I completed Award School in 2016.
Today, I work across design, motion and creative direction, collaborating with agencies, studios and brands on a wide range of projects. I’m currently available for freelance, remote and collaborative motion graphics and design opportunities.
